Running & Recovery

Now that I’ve posted about my eating disorder, it is all out there.

I am a runner. Running is a HUGE motivation in my recovery. It is symbolic of my recovery. It is all about being strong enough to run. And running to show myself how strong I am.

Sixty degree weather today got me out for a three mile run in shorts! (Thank you, global warming!)

Came in mile 3 at 6:40 pace.
